Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products
All sales are final once a file has been downloaded or accessed. No exceptions. For technical issues, contact content@javiro.art within 48 hours of purchase.

Service Retainers
Cancellation requires 30 days written notice sent to content@javiro.art. No refunds are issued for work completed or for the current billing period at time of notice. No refunds after a shoot has been completed, regardless of outcome.

Disputes
All disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of the transaction date. JAVIRO (PTY) LTD reserves the right to assess each dispute on a case-by-case basis.
